Minutes of the Fifth Meeting

The fifth meeting regarding construction of new Krishna temple was
held on July 14, 2006 at the residence of Hrishikesh das at Cary, NC.

The following devotees/people attended the meeting.

Daya-vir
das opened the meeting and distributed a draft copy of the pamphlet prepared by Ratna Radhika.

The following comments / points were discussed during the meeting.

Hrishikesh das will prepare a list of possible donors so that the fund raising committee can start meeting with the people as soon as possible.
Vikram will make further changes to the document and send it to the team for the further review.
Daya-vir will furnish details about the land, cost and name of the donors who have contributed cost of the land. He will also get a topographic map of the land so that we can put it in the document.
It was decided that the final draft of the document will be made ready for the full meeting review scheduled to be held on either July 28 or 29th.
Daya-vir will publish the details and venue of the next meeting so that it is an advance notice for all the people to attend.
