A Great deal of time was taken in analyzing the size of the plan of the New Temple. The maintenance requirements like cleaning and future repairs.

Projecting the cost of maintaining a commercial building of this size was determined. The cost of maintaining the new temple is estimated to be.

  • $3200.00 per month general maintenance
  • $3200.00 per month capitol gains. This is for major repairs, fixing the roof, replacing H&A system etc.
  • Total about $80,000.00 per year.

To hold down overhead cost in the beginning it was determined to build the complete structure and finish only the Deity support areas.

Discussion on the team who will interview future contractors was decided on and the current team will be Jadurani, Omkara and Daya-vira.

Bir Krishna Goswami will sign any contracts agreed on.

Fundraising

Discussion on fund raising was discussed. The pamphlet is to be finished up and a 10 minute power point presentation also to be developed for home programs. A plan to start visiting potential donors will begin after Janmastami.

Next fund raising team meeting will be the following Sunday after Janmastami at 3:00

Land cost was discussed original cost was $77,000. What is approximately owed is about $44,000. Estimated value of land today is about $120,000
