Minutes of the 9th Meeting
Dayavir Prabhu and Vikram attended the temple planning meeting on 10/06/2006. Vikram gave an update on the status of two meetings that were held yesterday with Dinesh Tailor and Rajesh Patel for expanding the network for fund-raising.
The following action points were discussed.
1. We need to scan the rough drawings and include them in the power point presentation. Dayavir Prabhu will take care of this and send the soft copies to Vikram.
2. All the emails and contacts will need to be entered in some sort of database so that we can send a news letter to the people regularly updating the status of the new temple.
3. Request Jadurani to post the update on the time lines on the project plan.
4. Omkara needs to send the sample pamphlet to Vikram
Vikram invited Dayavir Prabhu to attend the meeting with Ranchor on Sunday. Vikram will send the details later on. Rajesh Patel is arranging this meeting with Ranchor Patel on coming Sunday.
Vikram will meet with Mr Madhusudan during this weekend to expand the networking.
The next meeting will be held on Oct 22nd, 2006 at 4:00PM at same place.
