Minutes of the 12th Temple Meeting on May 6, 2007
A meeting was called by Dayavir Prabhu to finalyze temple site plan and fund raising. The following people attended the meeting.

About fund-raising, Maharaj ji told that someone (anonymous) has pledged an amount of $30,000 for the planning phase. He also told that Mahatam Singh ji has also pledged an amount of $10,000. With this, Dayavir Prabhu told that we have $60,000 and that is sufficient for us to go until the end of this year to keep working on drawings etc.
Dayavir showed the site plan prepared by the firm hired to Maharaj ji and few things were discussed regarding orientation of the temple as per Vastu-Shastra. A final decision of the exact orientation of the temple will be taken by next week.
The dates for foundation laying ceremony were also discussed and Maharaj ji were in agreement with Jadurani and Omakara prabhu to not to coincide foundation laying ceremony with the Janma-Astmi festival this year in September. The exact dates will be finalized soon.
The Greensboro fund raising event was canceled due to passing away of the mother of one of the devotee from Greensboro just before the fund-raising event.
The next meeting will be held on Sunday May 13th at 4:00PM.
